Arnav Dham (Founder)

Arnav is currently a final-year student attending Cornell University. From mentoring students as a camp counselor across local communities to teaching language in his hometown, Arnav has always been passionate about education and mentorship. Arnav personally believes that in today’s innovative world, education and being a perpetual learner is a necessity to thrive. This is why he decided to start ToolsForYouth and provide students the resources and opportunities to grow. Outside of ToolsForYouth, Arnav loves watching football on Sundays, reading a new book, and spending time with his friends.

Saesha Dham (Co-founder)

Saesha is currently a final-year student attending South Brunswick High School. As a student-athlete, Saesha has developed an appreciation for community and supporting those around her. As a board member of her high school’s student council, Saesha is passionate about leading initiatives and working towards a common goal. Through ToolsForYouth, Saesha hopes to give back to local communities and help K-12 students like her. Outside of ToolsForYouth, Saesha enjoys running, dancing, and listening to new music.

Annie Harris (Executive Board Member)

Annie Harris is Executive Director at a large clinical development company responsible for successful delivery of large IT projects across multiple Business Units. Annie has worked in the IT field for over 30 years overseeing Software Development, Testing and Support of Clinical and Lab Applications.Annie has always had a passion for providing inspiration and guidance to other organizations. As a founding member and current Director of IT for the organization, Women of Color in Pharma (WOCIP), Annie aims to inspire women and guide them to transform their individual and personal development pathways. In addition, she started the Women’s Empowerment Network at the company she works for, inspiring women and men to empower themselves to improve their careers and personal development. Annie believes that her background gives her the knowledge to help underprivileged youth in communities. Seeing the mission and vision of ToolsForYouth, she saw an organization that depicts an inspirational organization that provides the same level of offerings and guidance to the youth she hopes for.

Nicole Quash (Executive Board Member)

Nicole Quash is Director of Information Technology at a leading CRO (contact research organization). Her responsibilites include leadership of a global applications organization encompassing software development, support, business analyst and software quality insurance. She enjoys mentoring others and has participated in the Rutgers Wings program as a corporate member and spoken on university panels at Rutgers and the New Jersey Institute of Technology focused on STEM. She was awarded a Bronze Stevie Award in 2018 for Transforming Business and a panelist for Women in Technology at CIO Philadelphia in
2019. Nicole holds a professional education certificate from MIT Sloan, is ITIL 4 Foundations certified, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Rider University. Nicole is excited to be a part of ToolsForYouth because every child deserves access to tools and experience that will enrich them and enable them to achieve their educational goals. The support that students and families receive from ToolsForYouth will help the be successful even beyond the classroom.

Piyush Dham (President)

Piyush is currently a Director at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals. As an individual, Piyush strongly believes that education has the power to change lives. Through ToolsForYouth, Piyush hopes to contribute towards bridging the gap between education and dreams and provide the necessary tools and guidance to shape a brighter future for our communities. Outside of ToolsFor Youth, Piyush enjoys gardening, grilling at family get-togethers, and reading about ancient empires.
